The Mark E Smith Page

I am a “reasonably big” fan of English post-punk band, The Fall. Although I like a lot of their songs, there’s a fair bit that is just too much of a challenging listen for me.

But in terms of their overall schtick, I’m right up there – the doggedness, the belligerance, the album artwork…..and, of course, the face of Mark E Smith. Truly it’s “the face that keeps on giving” and he has been the subject of my portraiture to a rather embarrassing extent; he’s my muse.
